Community Stoma Nursing Service
Our Community Stoma Nursing Service provides FREE advice and support from a specialist stoma nurse, in your own home. A GP/Nurse referral is not required and a stoma and skin assessment is provided.
The service offers:
- Free impartial advice on products
- Counselling and support
- Skin care advice
- Diet, lifestyle and travel advice
- Support garment fitting
