Choose which type of customer you are below follow the instructions:
Customer Type 1
You are fully registered as a Medilink online ordering user.
Click here to log-in.
Customer Type 2
You are a registered Medilink customer but have never used the online prescription ordering facility or have only ordered samples.
Please contact your local Customer Care Centre on 0800 626388 and ask them to enable your account for online prescription ordering.
Customer Type 3
You are a new customer.
You will need to register with the Medilink Home Delivery Service by calling Freephone 0800 626388. Please advise your local Customer Care Centre that you wish to use the online ordering facility so that they can set you up with your log-in details.
Customer Type 4
You are already a samples customer and you wish to start placing prescription orders.
You will need to register with Medilink and have your account enabled to access the Medilink online ordering facility.
