Placing your order with Salts Medilink couldn't be simpler - by phone, by post or by email. We make it as easy as possible for you to keep stocked up. And remember, whichever way you choose to contact us, delivery is FREE within 24 hours of receiving your prescription.
By post:
1. Obtain your prescription from your GP.
2. Check that prescriptions for medicines are separate from your appliance requirements.
3. Check that the details are correct and sign the back of your prescription.
4. Post the prescription to Salts Medilink in the FREEPOST envelope provided and include your template if you require the cutting service.
By phone:
1. Call FREEPHONE 0800 626388 (UK only).
2. Let us know which products you would like to order.
3. Ask your GP for a prescription for the items requested.
4. Check the prescription and sign the back.
5. Post the prescription back to Salts Medilink inside the FREEPOST envelope provided.
